Really wanted to fit in two contemptors but I'm thinking the two vindis with tank hunter (from siege master) will do much more damage. Any thoughts?

No need to give vindis tank hunter as they have ordnance, which is slightly better than tank hunter anyway.
Personally I think a squadron of 3 auto-las preds benefit from it the most.
Not sure if you can take C:SM relics in a vanguard list btw as it is a different source.
Also think about how you are going to capture that seige objective. Because if you don't its an auto-loss.

I'm fairly certain you can but that's a good point on the vindis. I could probably drop the siege commander and the HK missles. The siege objective is one thing I'm not sure how to approach. I'd really like to avoid having flyers as I want a grounded list. Maybe an assault squad with a LR DT?

Yeh it's a funny one, with supplements you can't take relics from the main as they are two different sources. But it's not a supplement, so does that apply? I'm not 100% either way, I'm raising it though in case anybody you come accross does.
Have you thought about any allies to help out with that seige objective? Inquisition would be a cheap source to increase numbers and provide you with cheap transportation.
If you don't want allies, id maybe consider the troop assault squad with mbs, although you don't want them to be stuck holding an objective.
Remember you have access to drop pods with a vanguard list in the form of a lucius pod to get a dread onto the objective and hold it.
Maybe invest in a bunker with escape hatch to slingshot a Mantlet squad forward 18" turn1?

Personally I would drop a mantlet squad to a minimum 5 man tac squad with plasma and combi-plasma in a razorback infernus. Drop the vindis down to 2 auto-las preds with tank hunter. Then get an assault squad with 2 flamers, and a powerweapon on the sarge. Drop the burning blade down to teeth of terra + lightening claw, then put him with with either the tacs or the assault marines. Now you have a mini force dedicated to controlling the seige objective (tac squad with plas, razor with melta, assault squad with flamers, seige master with lots of ap3 attacks at st6). Plus 2 awesomely good tank killers.
It lets Moloc and the termis focus on something else.

Characters in Siege Assault Vanguard have permission to use relics from Codex: Space Marines.

So can a BA seige vanguard take BA relics? (Or SW/DA versionstake their rrespective relics?)
