So first go around with the Decurion. Still unsure on the lack flexibility, especially with regards to vehicles but the bonuses seem solid. I'm particularly concerned on the lack of lang range firepower to deal with things like knights. Thoughts?

I wouldn't put that many points in the D-Lord, he will probably hang around with his fellow Jet Pack-buddies and in that case I would rather save those 45 points and put them in the Overlord.

I would either increase the amount of flayed ones or remove them entirely and put the point into something else.

Dump or boost the Flayed ones. You should be fine against a Knight, 2 starts to cause you a problem and I don't really see what you do against an Adamantium Lance. I think you need to commit to Destroyers or Wraiths trying to fit both in prevents either from really shining. If Knights are heavy in your meta Destroyers are better than Wraiths (who struggle against Knights).

Night Scythes, at best, will have effective shots on turns 2 3 5 and 6, provided they never jink. For the same price, you can buy another Wraithwing or buy an Obelisk with 90 points left over.

What serious advantage do you see in the new Scythes other than conveniently placing Warriors directly on Objectives, which you already have enough units to cover? I need an education.

Surgical troop insertion with a 30" range with non scattering gauss troops for anti armor or grapping objectives at end of games or maelstrom. Solid anti air of course. The +30 points is just that 30 more points. It didn't make the Scythes irrelevant by any stretch just 30 more points. The Telsa Jink nerf is of little concern to me.

Indeed, the upgrade of the DLord should be kept at a minimum here.
However, I'd never field a lumbering Overlord. A Barge please.
