Im looking at building a Panzers to the Meuse list and wondering if anyone has a plastic Sd KFz 250 out there. I know it is on the PSC 'coming soon" list, but I never know what "soon" is on their stuff.

PSC just released photos of the prototypes, so they are close to being available.

Yes the PSC Sdkfz 250 Alte is underway, Im reviewing the renders next after finishing review of the 1944 Panzergrenadiers in zeltbahn renders...

I will have a look where it is in the production schedule as its been thrown out a little by having to rework the 38t sprue.

Some work has been done on the Neu version too.

Nope, Im reviewing the renders, so for 1944 Normandy style panzergrenadiers there will be a historically correct amount of StG44s...

None.

You will have to wait for the Volksgrenadier boxset if you want lots of STG44s.

They do look good though, made a couple of comments, minor ones (like wrong holster for a flare pistol and the like) and back with the design team now.

Piers, are there any more details available yet on the Normandy Panzergrenadiers?

Eg: Are they the same size at the British, or the older Germans?

Are they all in Zeltbahns? (Any in smocks, or just tunics, and if so what kind of proportions?)

Just MP40's, MG42's and K98's?

Any other 'special' figures eg radiomen or officers?

All in Steel helmets?

Many thanks!

Same as new Brits and EW Germans in style.

Mix of weapons, mainly rifles with some MP40s and MG42s. Also a schrek and faust chaps on sprue. Good command sprue selection with officers and RTOs.

Clothing is mix with tunic and zeltbahn with majority in zelts. Helmets are also plain, cover and wire mix. Some officers in soft caps.
