Why not use Bhaal predators instead of regular predators?

Because they give me more ranged firepower and are better at dealing with mc's.

Predators can take las cannon sponsons and turrets for long ranged anti-tank (which is what these are for). Baal predators can not, and all of their options are more geared towards infantry type models (but can be a threat to light vehicles). They have two totally different roles.
