Grey Knights weakness is low model count so 30 jump packing Death Company with Rage, Furious Charge, Feel no Pain, Relentless, Fearless provides a large model count of tough point efficient models to complement them. It's nice when the Grey Knight Librarian gets Invisibility for the terminators, Terminators Deepstrike in Turn 1 run and shoot. Assault pod comes in turn 1 to Melta enemy armor. Death Company do 12" movements threaten/harass with 24" Boltgun shots, then when they do charge Rapid Fire 20 shots and charge at 32 S5 attacks, 8 S9 AP2 attacks. Dreadknights have 12" movements and can move 30" once a game, shoot their 6 S7 AP4 shots and S6 AP4 Soulblaze Torrent Template. Snipers find Cover and harass with Sniper Rifles.

Looks fun. I bet it would be good. I like the bolters and pfists on the dc. I've seen that snipers don't offer much but they're 70pt so what do you expect. I've started placing mine wherever they are most survivable and still able to bum rush an objective turn 4 or 5. And not worry about line of sight of snipers.
I don't know much about grey knights. But they seem awesome

Why did you choose a librarian for ba hq? Id imagine a chaplain could work better with your dc. Also the 115pt melta pod is hard to pass up but I'm not much a believer anymore. It's rare to have anything to shoot at against a decent opponent. With only 1 drop pod your emphasis is not necessarily trying to get pods on the table. So maybe consider using those points for something else that would work well with the rest of your army.

Librarian gets to give Death Company rerolls to hit every turn while a Chaplain only provides rerolls to hit on a charge, Librarian also has his other powers (like say 4++ to a whole unit or full ballistic skill to Overwatch plus Counterattack)

You get a lot out of Death Company for 23 pts a model, jumpacks, 3+ armor 5+ FnP, 2 attacks base, Rage, Furious Charge, Relentless, Fearless. And then the Librarian giving rerolls to hits on the Rapid Fire and the melee attacks, last game even rolled Forewarning for a 4++ invuln to the whole unit, actually that game was sweet because the Grey Knight Librarian rolled Invisibilty also, so Death Company unit all with 4++ invulnes and Terminators with Invisibility lol. Was against Necrons (Decursion). The Dreadknights did work too. The chance at powers like Invisibility and Forwarning are nice, but they are required. I've been confident with the Dreadknights softening up deathstars with their ranged attack and Death Company finishing them off with a given 10 man Death Company doing 20 Rapid Fire, 32 S5 attacks, and 8 S9 attacks.

Have to say I prefer the Librarian option as well (only when it is a lvl 2 though...)

With one dice on DIvination, for Prescience of course. And the other on the BA chart, whatever you get is ok as the primaris is awesome to boost a CC character even more. I use it on Gabriel Seth all the time...

You might struggle to find a use for it though as DC don't have characters. I get around that sometimes by taking Cassor the Damned as a troop choice...

Guardsman: "Sir, we appear to have brought knives to a gunfight"

BANG!!!

Commissar: "Anymore questions?"

Yeah I'll never take a Lvl 1 always a Lvl 2 Librarian lol.

"With one dice on DIvination, for Prescience of course." You only get the primaris if if all your powers are the same discipline..

I meant you could roll and see what you get. If you don't like it (which I guess is likely, depending on who you are playing against) you can switch it for the primaris

You can always switch out whatever power you roll for the primaris. The bonus of choosing all from the same discipline is you get to "Psychic Focus" which lets you know the primaris for free

So, a lvl 2 psyker will know 2 Diviniation powers, Primaris power, and Force. Is a lot to use for only 1 libby

The list does have 8 dice plus 1d6 in the psychic phase, use the powers most relevent, even so when I tried the list I got most my powers off each round.
