I don't play in tournaments but I'd like a strong list anyway

You're violating forum rules by posting the exact point costs of each element... Better remove those.

On the list itself:
About as good as one gets when going Goldwing.

Things to consider:
Go Full RWB Squads and add a RWCS with a Dakka Banner. No need for flamers then, more Melta's for hard targets.
Drop the tacticals or give them a Rhino at least.
Give the LRR a Multimelta.

Drop the Nephilim. Good model, very bad rules.
If you want AA, sorry, you're out of luck. The best non-FW is a Aegis with a Quad Gun.
