It's a piece of fanfiction from the denizens of /tg. Someone noticed the sheer absurdity of 5th Edition Creed's "Tactical Genius rule," where he was allowed to outflank three UNITs of any type.

Anons proceeded to come up with wild scenarios involving creed outflanks Leman Russes, Baneblades, and Warlord Titans due to RAW.

Funny stuff really, but non canon.

I view 1d4chan as a humor site. While there is some good info that can be gleaned from there it can be difficult to sift out from all the opinions, memes, hyperbole, hate, and profanity.
