Hi guys and gals. I have recently been shown the world of warmachine. I decided to get the cryx battle box and have now decided to get POM too.

I'm looking at making POM my main army. My question is should I get the battle box or should I buy individual models to make a better 15 point army? I'd like to keep to all jacks for now to keep it in keeping with the battle boxes then add some infantry later. So, should I get the battle box or can I make a better list by getting individual models?

If you already have the Cryx battle box, you are probably already familiar with the rules and intricacies of the game, as such I would recommend this as your starting purchase in Menoth:

Everything in the all in one box you are going to use.. It's a great deal. But pick up the errant UA

Its a full 35pts army that already has most of the staples for the faction and it constitutes a 30% savings (I think), over buying those individual pieces separately.

Yeah, get the all in one box. You'll get everything in there eventually and its a huge savings.

Two things about the all-in-one box:

1. Menoth one isn't out until the 18th

2. They are limited runs so if you are going to get one from your LGS I would probably give them a heads up so they can reserve one for you.

Also I would also suggest the UA for the errants.

Its called the Errant Unit Attachment. Its an Officer and a Banner.

It gives them Pathfinder, Quick-work, and the Banner makes them Untargetable by spells.
