They also just recently finished the LVO where the sold and used a bunch of stock. Give them another month to fill out orders, they're a small operation.

It's well worth the wait too, Byte.
I mean, I've yet to actually use mine, but it looks/feels/smells awesome.

Have they made any statement on when the swamp mat will be available from the UK shop? Or when new mats will come out for that matter

I hadn't even noticed they were out of stock, lol, and I was going to order some of the mats this paycheck!
But yeah Byte, they're awesome. Used the city-scape one for some 40k and was super impressed - next one I'll be getting is the space one.

Anyone who has one of these to hand, are they exactly 4 foot?
I have been buying a lot of the EU Mats (which are fantastic) but they all come in slightly short in one dimension, and slightly long in the other (consistently .5")
I'm talking to the guy who owns it, and there it seems to be a fixed manufacturing issue caused by shrinkage as the two elemets are heat fixed, but I'd be interested to see if anyone else has managed to fix the problem.

They might be a couple cm short in one dimension or another. Manufacturing variation.

That's a shame, really do need them to be accurate for gaming purposes.
looks like its a feature not a bug for everyone producing the mats in this way.

Well you need to put them on a surface anyway. You can easily buy some 2x4 sheets that are properly sized to have underneath for accurate measurements.

Sort of defeats the point of dropping £30 -40 on mats if you then need a four foot defined space underneath to accurately mark out play space though.
Just a shame no one seems to be able to make them exact. I guess the WM players are more demanding than other systems if people are not too worried about their play space not being exact.
Thanks for the info though.

Hardly, that surface underneath would normally require some extra work on your part. You can just leave it alone with this.
And it'll run you $5-6 at most.

I run a convention, so its a little more than $5-6... I'm looking at 256 tables + so its an extra chunk of change that I don't need to spend, plus extra storage I don't need to deal with.
Its all good, I will keep searching for that perfect mat that meets my utopian dream

Hey guys, Jason here from Frontline Gaming. We are suffering from the after effects of the port strikes that just recently have come to an end. Our mats are at the port and despite the fact that they were due at our warehouse in San Diego three weeks ago, we keep getting the 'maybe tomorrow' reply from our shipping company. I would advise you to just keep checking the webcart. As soon as we get them in the warehouse and counted we will be updating the webcart. Thanks!

Thanks for the update Jason - but any word on when the UK sale of swamp mats will start?
And can you give a sneak peak at when more mats will be released? Already own 5 and we have 10 tables we want to cover differently

My FAT Mat is pretty much bang on 4x4ft, if that helps!
