Is this normal with anyone else in Europe who has used them?
I'm not fussed if its another couple of days, just wondering if it has happened to others? Trying to put my mind at rest.

It's the first time I've used a company outside of Britain for models so I'm not sure on the range on international delivery times.

Sometimes they mean it can take them up to 10 days to ship. Once they ship it will be a matter of fays depending on where you live.

In my experience anyway. Some places ship the day you order, others need to prepare the item before sending.

It shouldn't be far away, when did they say it was shipped?

It doesn't say. It just gives me an itemized bill. Date of order. Delivery address and Billing address.
Cheers for the response. If it took them 10 days to ship it then I suppose it wouldn't have reached here from Poland (I think it's Poland) yet.

Bought from them a couple of times took 14-15 days to arrive dont know if they are cast to order or stockpile

There are some Puppetswar threads in Dakka Discussions. Short version - they take ages to ship, and the stuff often has some serious casting flaws.
