How about a few specific things?

To start, he can't take both the World Edge armor and the e-shield, as they're both magical armor. Clearly e-shield is better for overall save ... however I would recommend the charmed shield anyway, to avoid that artillery snipe, and then use the opal amulet if that fails or for the second artillery snipe! Sure your list has two other prime cannon targets (
DW & HPA) but it also doesn't have the dedicated artillery hunters that you usually see (5+ gutters w/ poisons + slings) to silence them. I also question how resilient T5 and 3+ armor is in combat, particularly with the way that bonebreakers work in corners to funnel attaks? Other option is to plonk a few more points to upgrade the opal amulet to Armor of Fortune or Destiny, then he can properly tank out enemy attaks while dishing out the pain.
Speaking of dishing out the pain, I don't think warpforged blade is the answer. He's only S4 in an army of S3-4, what you want is more strength - my most effective bonebreakers have gone ogre blade (because I didn't have the points for giant blade thanks to the AoD
). I'm guessing this guy is in the stormvermin? Meaning he's got
AP on that S6, so neutering armor saves pretty effectively as is.
So the above changes leave us with this fairly simple beast: Warlord - ogre blade, armor of destiny, shield, bonebreaker = 248
Pity about no charmed shield - if we could downgrade your Grey Seer we could pop c-shield + preservation on this baddy, but otherwise we'd have to downgrade the warlord's ward, which is unfortunate given how much more pressure is going to be put on it. If you have 5 points spare (you should), I'd give this guy a dragonbane gem if able to, makes for some fun solo missions against flaming units.

So one of the first rules a Skaven
BSB learns is to avoid combat at just about all costs. Making this lad's sword of might double-bad: 1) Because he won't be swinging it if he's lucky; and 2) Because it might make him think he should be getting stuck in! My
BSB often has a charmed shield and a fondness for bunkering next to the grey seer

Musicians please! Way way way more than a few random extra slaves.
