Welcome to Fantasy, and good luck on the impending tournament!

I know those feels. My Ogres hover around 2k painted, and it's a pretty motley 2k that barely worked in 7E and was never updated for 8E
That said I still like wheeling them out from time to time and getting into a ruckus.
Here are some more specific thoughts on your lot:
Tyrant
-ironfist, glittering scales, giantbreaker
I think you can do better on this lad, but it'll depend on how many points you have spare at the end. I used to always run Giantbreaker in 7E, but have been taking Greedy Fist with the new book, for the ability to flee, punch levels off of monstrous wizards, and enjoy a little bit of ward if regen doesn't go off on him. Anyway, we'll come back to this.
Slaughtermaster
-Great weapon, lvl4, Dispel scroll, luckstone
The luckstone literally does nothing for him, so there's 5 points!
Bruiser
-Great weapon, Rune Maw, dragonbane gem
And the d-gem is illegal on this guy, thanks to the Rune Maw. Yea 5 more points!
6x ogres
- bellower, ironfists
Do you have a standard? I'd suggest giving these guys it, for a touch more fortitude and a little oomph in combat. I'd actually suggest full command, so you have another place to hide a character, but I have a feeling you're just planning on Gutstarring it every game, m'right?
Other that that, the list has many good choices and a nice variety. I don't have my book with me for points to see how much the Tyrant has to work with, but his stats are so pimp that even a little wargear goes a long way. Your build here is pretty groovy, I suppose I just prefer different items that do different things. Like Sword of Striking so he hits with that S6 more
Anyway, best of luck, may your Gutstar roll over all in its path
