Since our two previously successful crowdfunding campaigns we’ve begun releasing our DLC series of ‘Pay what you want’ digital content. With Endless: Fantasy Tactics ~Gaiden~ we want to give this series a print edition, and release two additional DLC offerings. Gaiden will feature the story scenarios: ‘The Trials of Battsu’, ‘The Misadventures of Gelato’, and two new series. Additionally Gaiden will also contain a number of variant unit profiles for existing models, allowing you to use them in new and different ways.

We are also funding the sculpting and production costs of several new miniatures for Endless including the often requested Dark & Light Dragons, Kirin, and Behemoth.

Sean Bullough and Bobby Jackson will be handling the larger monsters.

Patrick Keith will be handling our Humanoids and smaller monsters:

This looks awesome! I backed the original Kickstarter, and have enjoyed seeing you guys at the CMON Expo each year. I look forward to seeing you guys again this year!

Loving the look of the bigger Knights. Really excited to see how those pan out.

Is the kickstarter only new minis or will tiers include current minis? I missed out on the last kickstarter and haven't had the time to start a new game since, but summer is coming up here. Some kind of starting the game tier would probably get me to buy in.

Excited to see how those dragons turn out!

Also curious about the little snake guy thing who looks like he has two models.

Shonen reptile hero?

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

Salamanders, two varieties. They're from one of the new DLCs.

There'll be a very limited selection of older models available, mostly new stuff.

Basically, the gels(excluding the King), Kappa, Mandragora, Witch, Adept, Squire, and Beastman Engineer/Laborer are the only Current stuff. Also, technically Battsu is a current model as he just recently released(or was scheduled to today).

Thanks Platuan4th.

Yeah, we're not going to offer the whole catalog up for grabs this time, just a limited selection to keep things more manageable alongside the new figures. That being said, it'll be very easy to jump in as a new player on this KS as every pledge level gets the digital rulebook included and Endless has a very loose army building system.

Damn, this made me remember I totally missed out the miasma war KS >.<
Time to look into this one :p Really interested in the bigger creatures.
Will we be able to back for item/stat cards aswell, and will they only include the newly added cards, or could we back for all existing ones too?

Item & Adventure Mode (Solo Play) Decks will be available as addons, but the stat card decks probably won't be as we've had folks get confused and think they had to buy those to get the stat cards. The digital rewards that every backer gets will have the stat cards included.

The core rulebook's stat card deck is up on WargameVault, and the Miasma War one will be up soonish. WGV has a printer over in the UK and/or EU, so that should make ordering from them not have an international shipping cost if you're looking to just grab any of our cards or books.

My recommendation for getting started would be to pick up the pdfs through the new Kickstarter along with whatever looks cool. After that, take a quick read through of the pdf and direct order some models not included in the Kickstarter. That way you can get a discount on the rules, but have figures to work with well before the Kickstarter will ship.

Getting closer and closer to launch!

Based on a suggestion from Galen I created this little scale mock up of some of the new models with a standard sized Human and Gel.

Dark Dragon, Squire [F], Behemoth, Gel Warrior, Kardy, Kirin, & Light Dragon.

The Squire and Gel Warrior are on 25mm Bases, and the rest are on 50mm Bases.

Is Kardy the blindfolded reptile?

I don't recognize that model. Looks like it would find a pleasant home within my clutches.

Behemoth is an interesting design too.

Hopefully my wife decides to give me my allowance this month.

Yes, he was a Brushfire model (One of the best in the line) that is getting repurposed for Endless.

So, how would the Dragons scale with, say, the old Zombie Dragon?

Y'know, this bloke:

OH-I Wanna get out of here

Did the last Kickstarter ship and I just missed it? As much as I'd like to back the project, I haven't got to play more then the demo game, and can't throw more money at something I'm unsure of being able to get locals to play.

Yes, but we mostly shipped early so no one cares. :p

The majority of shipments went out before Adepticon, with the last ~10 going out once we got back and finished up early April.

Thanks Tides, I'm quite happy with him as we..

The previous project shipped, but the casting quality was less than stellar and they didn't really seem to care when I brought that up, so I'm out on this one.

I'm sorry, I don't recall someone having a casting issue with any of the Miasma War shipments? Did you send us an E-mail or a KS PM?

That one's on a newer base, it originally came on a 40x40.

Backed!

Well, here is the wireframe of the Dark Dragon sitting on a 50mm Base.

The wireframe is pretty hilarious and cool, I am really interested in the scale of these beasties (i.e. not too big, not too small).

Backed to get access to the pledge manager, and may up it later. Best of luck with this project!!

No, was strictly comments on the KS. It wasn't enough models for me to deal with trying to get replacements, but enough to turn me off future projects. There were a few others reporting cast issues in the main comments as well. Here's the pictures I posted in the comments: http://www.skarsol.com/endless/

Those look like casts from the original KS a few years ago, going off the way things are vented. We improved our casting greatly last year for the 2nd campaign. If you want replacements for those four, just PM me your address and I'll get them in the mail tomorrow.

Ah, I apparently missed the 2nd campaign then, so my statement that "the previous project shipped" is not to be relied on. The first campaign shipped.

I will send you a PM.

So we can't add anything to our orders unless we spend 100?

Not even just a few gels? Or do we need to wait for a pledge manager to do that?

Currently no. I might decide to change that if there is enough requests, but there is a bit of a math related issue with allowing them at sub $100.

I backed the 2nd, and the casting quality on all the models was really solid. Some resin "webbing" but that's easily removed with a soft bristled toothbrush.

I'm a big fan of the models because they really capture that fun JRPG aesthetic.

I'm in for a few fals.
