Ok, Ive finally made my mind up on which army to collect, so I'm going to get an army of Wood Elves. However, i need a vague idea on what I should include in this army... Treemen? Lords? I can use any of the models as I don't have any of them yet, as this is what I'm going to buy in the future. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Glade Guard, Spellweaver, Waywatchers, Wild Riders/Sisters Of The Thorn, Great Eagles...

The standard WE army at the current meta include Glade Guard (Hagbane/Trueflight), Wild Riders, Waywatchers, Spellweaver (Shadow/Hight magic) maybe in a Sisters of The Thorn bunker, BSB (not a bad idea give hime the Hail of the Doom Arrow) and Great Eagles.

Everything else depends on your taste. The factors are many ... if you have a particular strtegy, if you like the look of some miniatures and not others, if you want a theme army, or even according to your budget...
