Looks great for IG to me. As for the Librarian it depends on what the IG is like. If there's a lot of infantry as well keep him on the bikes and they'll wreak glorious havoc. If it's tankspam you're dealing with you may as well put him in a pod and take Divination to make that first volley count. In my experience if the guys in the pod don't destroy their first target, they're getting splattered soon after.

Something to note - the DA FAQ (http://www.games-workshop.com/resources/PDF/Errata/Warhammer_40000/Dark_Angels_EN.pdf) adds the allowance to buy two more Black Knights to a RW command squad. Not sure where the points would come from (it's an entire Tac squad + HB for both), or if you have enough BK models.

Where is Azrael going? In one of the Drop Pods? What Discipline are you going for with the Libby?

Getting the extra pod seems like a good idea, allowing both Melta units to arrive turn 1 - if he has an Executioner, you'll need to remove it ASAP.

Another thing to consider - an Aegis with Quadgun instead of Flakk on the Devs. Less flexible, but Interceptor. Will still probably struggle against AV12 Vendetas.

Tri las pred is a waste of points he can only fire one gun a turn, the hk is a waste and if you want options keep the sponsons, if you want an at vehicle keep the turret.

The las pred should be phased out by the vindicator destroyer, no point in taking the pred anymore imo its mothballed

DA army: 3500pts,
admech army: 600pts
ravenguard: 565 pts

I cant see a vindicator destroyer anywhere in my DA Codex, nor on the GW Website to buy one.

edit : Ah, I see. Yet more Forgeworld Douchbaggery. Glad I will refuse to play a game against anyone using FW stuff.

After some tweaking ive removed HKM, Dozer and TL Las and added one pod and 1 more Ravenwing Knight
Azraels role is to give me as many Objective Secured Units as posible to all the map control i can have. Also his ability to choose a Warlord Trait makes me take it over Sammael (only 15 points more), but im not sure where to put him
My libby is taking abilities from Divination (not prescience because all my bikes have twin linked weapons) and telepathy for Invisibility
And i think that the flakk devs give me more flexibility than the defense line to deal with anything that might escape my melta and bikes

What if i switch the predator, a chainfist and 1 knight for a Hellfire venerable Dreadnought?

Or i could not make him venerable, keep the chainfist and give my bikes 2 meltas (without losing any weapons)

As a non-competitive player myself, I can tell you this list is not very competitive, at all.
Could you take it to a tournament? Sure.
Would it do well? Probably not.

Sorry.

HQ: Sam
1x 5 man Ravenwing command squad w/ BoD and apothecary w/ granades

Troops:
Ravenwing 3 man w/ 2 melta guns
Ravenwing 3 man w/ 2 melta guns
Ravenwing 3 man w/ 2 melta guns
Ravenwing 3 man w/ 2 melta gunsw / bike and melta
Ravenwing 3 man w/ 2 melta guns w/ bike and melta

Fast:
3x Land speeder typhoons
1x dark shroud

Heavy:
2x vindicators w/ dozer
1x 5man las cannon devastators

Bikes take objective and will waste opponent shots. Melts is good anti armor and decent anti mc. It has no AA bit our codex lacks on that. Bolter banner gives you 60 twin linked bolter shots if you choose. Typhoon missiles are ideal for speeders when harassing as it has range. Unless you plan on suicide stay back. Vindicators are a threat/distraction and keep focus away from bikes unless opponent is suicidal.works real well on bloobs. HQ and command squad will soak up a lot of shots.great for harassment put shroud nearby to enjoy a 2+ jink save.
I used this list successfully against chaos (tabled on turn 2), eldar wraithspam and tau broadsides and rip tide spam.

Hope this helps

Forgive me if this is a noob question but why exactly can't a tri las predator shoot all three lascannons every turn? I thought vehicles could shoot all available weapons provided they have line of sight, range, and aren't something silly like a monolith particle wip being ordinance.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I'm not saying they are a good use of points, I find predators to be fairly in effective. But I was pretty sure they weren't that bad.

my understanding is that you can only fire at one target with one weapon every turn unless they have power of the machine spirit or another special rule stating otherwise such as the deredeo dread having the ability to fire it's missle rack (should you buy it) along side it's plasma cannonade/auto cannons and the land raiders power of the machine spirit. This was done to nerf tau vehicles primarily that have more guns than king Solomon has money mounted to a single vehicle/walker.

Monstrous creatures on the other hand may dump all their ordinance in one sitting such as the centurion and the flying hive tyrant.

And so why fire one twin linked las at ap2 when you can have up two three twin linked las at ap1? Yes you have a "gets hot" roll of sorts but it's actually really not that bad since you have 3hp, 48" range and a 1/6 chance which isn't that bad really. Even assuming the tri las pred can shoot all three it's still only one twin linked gun and so for 5 points more than the tri las pred your getting three twin links and an improved roll on the penetrations chart. It practically sells itself.

and yea I do use forge world, you try and find a better aaa gun than the deredeo for us dark Angels ya filthy heathens.

Our only options since the nephilim is well rubbish is the aegis defence line, and the flakk missles from devestators, I'm not wasting 40 points in four flakk missles that will probably fail anyway or a quad gun with 36" range on a stationary platform when I can have a dreadnaught with a s8 ap3 pie plate, and the same quad gun as the aegis d line on a mobile platform with 1) an invul save and 2) a twin linked heavy bolter too boot!!

The deredeo might be forge world but it's no brainer forge world.

That's not even close to correct. Check out the "Shooting with Vehicles" part of the Vehicle rules - a stationary Tri-Las Predator can shoot all three at one target. Is issue is often that either all three can't see the target (if it is too close to the tank, or one sponson is blocked etc.) or that the vehicle has moved (which limits the number of weapons it can fire at full Ballistic Skill, with the rest restricted to snap-shots).
Monstrous Creatures are limited to two weapons per shooting phase (but rarely come with more than 2 anyway, the only examples are a Hive Tyrant that has Vector Striked something (which counts as 1) or the Eldar Wraithlord (which can have up to 4 weapons, but can only fire 2).
Centurions aren't Monstrous Creatures either.

Although this probably explains why you trot out the Vindicator Destroyer suggestion quite often (I'm not saying it's a bad tank though).
