Well, using what I have so far I am able to stretch out the points to make a 2k army as I have seen most people play around 2k-2.5k around my area. So let me know what you think!

++Lords and Heroes++

Juggernaut Lord- 390 Points
MoK, Sword of Strife (+2 A), Shield, Talisman of Preservation (4+ ward), The Other Trickster's Shard and Soul Feeder
Juggernaut

Battle Standard Bearer- 224 Points
MoK, Ranger's Standard, Hand Weapon, Shield and Soul Feeder
Chaos Steed

++Core++

Chaos Marauders- 190 Points
x20 w/ MoK, shield and hand weapons
Full Command

Chaos Warriors- 455 Points
x25 w/ MoK, Hand weapon and Shield
Full Command

Chaos Warhounds- 30 Points
x5 hounds

Chaos Warhounds- 30 Points
x5 hounds

++Special++

Chaos Knights- 445 Points
x9 w/ MoK Enscrolled and Weapons
Banner of Eternal Flame
Full Command

++Rare++

Skullcrushers of Khorne- 234 Points
x3 w/ Enscrolled Weapons
No command

So these models are built, and you aren't interested in swapping weapons around? In that case, pretty minimal tweaks from me:

Juggernaut
Swap in Ogre Blade instead of Sword of Strife - he already has a lot of attaks, what you want are better attaks. Also, your army now has a strength above 5
Battle Standard Bearer- 224 Points
MoK, Ranger's Standard, Hand Weapon, Shield and Soul Feeder
Chaos Steed
Dump the Ranger Standard, invest the points into protection for the BSB (dawnstone or MR(2) OR MR (3) or a 5+ ward) and/or a killy weapon (Sword of Striking, Sword of Swift Slaying, Sword of Anti-Heroes, Sword of Might, etc). He also can't take Soul Feeder, as the lord already has it.
Chaos Marauders- 190 Points
x20 w/ MoK, shield and hand weapons
Full Command
Good luck with these guys. I'd consider not marking them so they can use their parry save and be a little more in control of themselves, and also save a bunch of points that only buys them +5 attaks and ItP. IF you can change the models: I'm still interested in flail marauders in 10 man units, for roving beatdown squads.
Chaos Warriors- 455 Points
x25 w/ MoK, Hand weapon and Shield
Full Command
Now these guys deserve a magic banner. Thinking Razor Standard? S4 isn't very impressive, but some AP behind it might help shear through all the 1+ armor in the meta. That or Swiftness, to keep up with the BSB / Lord. I'd also suggest dropping them to 24 and running them 6-wide, so you can enjoy +4A for no change in rank bonus (until 1 warrior dies of course). IF you can change the models, halberds are the better option (often with shields as well).
Chaos Knights- 445 Points
x9 w/ MoK Enscrolled and Weapons
Banner of Eternal Flame
Full Command
Ditch the Eternal Flame - not only does it cause rules disputes (I don't believe it lights ensorcelled weapons on fire, others due), but you also don't want a major kill unit with flaming weapons. Why? Because fire wards are easy to get and stall the unit out with. If you're afraid of regen, give your BSB Burning Body (but no magic weapon!) and punch in a flaming wound, then have the knights follow and tear it apart.
Skullcrushers of Khorne- 234 Points
x3 w/ Enscrolled Weapons
No command
Musician please! You need that Quick Reform, and that draw breaking (or at least not breaking on a draw because the other guy has a musician!)

Hope that helps! Good luck out there!

Thanks for the info! I have made some changes, but good news is I haven't built my marauders yet, and I figured flails would be the best option. I'm going to drop the magic banners and rework in some magic resistance and ward saves to protect my heavy units.

Since MoK warriors can't benefit from Sword and Board (parry save), I would suggest giving them halberds (recommended) or AHW. Boss is on point with his recommendations except for the marauders. Frenzied warriors can't parry.

ToW armies I own:
Empire: 10,000+
Chaos Legions: DoC- 10,000+; WoC- 7,500+; Beastmen- 2,500+; Chaos Dwarves- 3,500+
Unaligned: Ogres- 2,500; Tomb Kings- 3,000
Hotek: Dark Elves- 7,500+; High Elves- 2,500
40k armies I own:
CSM- 25,000+

Disagree on ahw > shields for warriors. You pay for ahw on every model, yet only enjoy the benefit for the few in base contact. Shields meanwhile benefit every model - even without parry, it's still +1 armor save for all the warriors. Of course, halberds are superior if the models aren't built or the OP is willing to tear them apart and convert.

As for marauders, I don't think there's a very set flowchart for armament. I'm interested in small (10-20) units with just flails + musician myself - without a mark due to how expensive they are, or I guess MoS if you're playing Warriors of Skittles / Slaanesh - but decent-sized turtle units (20-30) with shields might still do something? Likely with Nurgle, Tizz or no mark, again for cheapness. Though ultimately just holding for a bit isn't too exciting, in a book full of kill power. And while the horde of Khorne lumberjacks was a ridiculous thing in the last book, the points hike made both hordes and MoK no goes for me. Great weapons are still a thought I suppose, but your unit starts to get a bit expensive for what I think marauders might be capable of now.
