I already posted my Orcs list at 1000 points, this is a tentative stab at a nice casual (slightly themed?) list for my girlfriend's Dark Elves. She's very fond of Witch Elves, evidently! I know less than nothing about Dark Elves, feel free to destroy this list from the ground up.
