Hey all,

I ordered a bunch of conversion parts from Chapterhouse 8 days ago, and have yet to receive a shipment confirmation email, and in their system my order is listed only as 'processed'. I've emailed them, and received no reply, and also called a couple of times, but got through only to a voicemail.

I'm hoping to get the parts so I can get the army ready for a tournament, hence the slight rush.

Has anyone had any experience ordering from these guys? Will it just take a little patience and it'll show up?

Nick is usually pretty good about orders.

Hang on. Got you covered. You should hear back soon.

Kirasu: Have we fallen so far that we are excited that GW is giving us the opportunity to spend 58$ for JUST the rules? Surprised it's not "Dataslate: Assault Phase"

AlexHolker: "The power loader is a forklift. The public doesn't complain about a forklift not having frontal armour protecting the crew compartment because the only enemy it is designed to face is the OHSA violation."

AlexHolker: "Allow me to put it this way: Paramount is Skynet, reboots are termination attempts, and your childhood is John Connor."

Nothing yet... Second email sent. Really just looking for clarity if it's cast/shipped/will be shipped soon. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow then I'll start to feel a little irritated.

I did receive an email this morning. Brief statement apologizing for the delay in response, and telling me that my stuff would be shipped today.

Good things: I heard back.

Bad things: I'm unsure of whether the response would have been generated without another forum user notifying the owner of somebody trying to contact them.

Ah well, at least my stuff should be sent today. Thanks to Weeble1000 for checking for me.

It is a small company, i always got what i ordered. It just takes a little time. Don't expect the same lead time from small companies as with the big players.

For some companies the casting master is the shipping department.... (But at least includes some candy with your order. )

The reason I bought rules and became a real wargamer was because I wanted a properly thought out structure to govern the action instead of just making things up as I went along.

Nick's GOT to be busy.
I PMed and emailed him a while ago about the possibility of having some custom sculpting done, but have not heard back from him.
That isn't like him.
