So, als thetitle says, I was wipondering which is better.
I like scouts, because of Mines,but Marines can take better weapons and trike...

I have a unit of scout bikers I play from time to time, although it has been a while. (Note to self: fix that). They are a fun little unit, who can pull all sorts of tricks. But bang-for-buck, regular marine bikes are going to be a lot better.

If you are running a fluffy list, have the spare points and FA slot, sure, go for it. But for anything even pretending to be a competitive list, they are better off scouting the shelf.

But the do look cool!

This Friday, the new Space Marines codex will be up for pre-order. I'd wait and see if anything changes.

Personally, I prefer the Space Marine bikes without an attack bike. I like the attack bikes to be a separate unit. They have different jobs!

Depends on what you are doing with the squad. If you are running melta bikes, the MM attack bikes fit right in. As a two wound model, there are also some LOS! tricks you can use it for. But in general, it’s not a critical upgrade for the squad. I always take them myself, but that’s just the way I roll.
