This is a simple, small High Elves army.

Mage lvl 2, Channeling Staff

Archers x15, full command

Sword Masters x10, full command

Nobel, heavy armor, steed & barding, Ogre Sword, Enchanted Shield

Silver Helms x5, full command

The mage hangs with the archers and shoots/spells stuff. The Sword Masters are a counter charge unit. The Silver Helms holds one flank and the noble holds the other.

meh, not enough spearmen or silver helms, decent list, though i would get more silver helms and get rid of swordmasters, maybe another unit or two of 5 models.

If you want to win games - drop noble, swordmasters, silver helms and FCG on your archers(leave just musician). Take white lions, RBT and reavers instead of this.
Two heroes in such a low-point game will be relevant only for goblins or skaven, being cheap as hell.
Swordmasters - the worst special infantry available to high elves, lions - the better. Phoenix guards - somewhere in the middle.
Silver helms unit need bodies or they die quickly. If you want to take them - go allcav.
