I wouldn't give Pask sponson Meltas, with the gatling cannon you would want to target troops and the meltas counter that. I would just go with the heavy bolter sponsons and one on front will give you 9 Heavy Bolter shots to go with the 20 Gatling.

It looks like you gave your infantry teams a heavy weapon, meaning they are not going to be mobile aka also not assaulting any tanks which is why I would suggest you save the points and remove all the melta bombs. Or change out the autocannon to a plasma gun and push forward with the squads.

In regards to your white scars "detachment" you need to take Kahn and put him on the Moondrakkan for the bikers to be considered a troop selection. It's the same amount of points (150) anyway.

Sorry i have only forgotten The bike for The commander, i take off The auto cannon in The squads so can have the point for it.
Pask whit The rending abilitiy is olso a good anti tank/Cm unit, so melta Will fit well

no no, you can't just take a bike for your commander, you HAVE to take Khan and he HAS to take Moondrakkan. It can be found under special rule "Mounted Assault: If Khan rides Moondrakkan, bike squads of at least 5 models may be taken as troops instead of fast attack in his detachment"

The "White Scar Chapter Tactics" only gives you the ability to autopass dangerous terrain tests, +1 to jink saves, +1 S for hammer of wrath attacks and the Hit and Run special rule.

As for the gatling cannon being a tank hunting weapon with the rending on 20 shots you will average 13.33 hits and then average only 2.22 6's. Rending against vehicles only adds an additional D3 to your roll and at S5 you can only glance armour 11 and on those other 2 miracle 6's you might be able to take on heavy tanks if you roll 2 more 6's on your AP rolls... Or what I am getting at is, no it is not a good anti tank weapon unless you plan on bringing your loaded die.

Captains and Chapter Masters also have the Mounted Assault special rule

But, in regards to the list, if you're using your platoon as an assault screen, you may want to consider putting the Priest with them and scraping together the points for a commissar, it may help them protect your back line for a turn longer!

Well that's news to me, where in the Space Marine rulebook does it state that? I only question because I also run a small White Scar detachment and could save some points this way.
