I know I've said in the past I don't write truly TAC lists, this is probably my closest attempt at one.

Instead of 3 units of 5 bikes, I would make them 5 units of 3

Ran them like that the first few weeks the codex was out, have actually had more consistent results with the 5-man units, but it may just be my own skewed results.

I'll back up you on this. I like 5 bikes:
a. Morale Check - 2 need to die before the check, when it's 5 guys
b. needs more like 20 shots to kill a 5 man MEq, instead of the 12

5 bikes is good don't get me wrong, but if even a squasd of 4 would be good. 16 shoots is really good and yeah if they kill 1 it's a check but LD8 Is not that bad, and even if you have 1 bike left in a the squad you can always regroup on full LD.
I think if you can find the points if take 4 squads of 4

Dark reapers are good but with all your crimson hunters you don't need them for anti-flyers. Your better of with more warp spiders or simply divide the warp spiders into 3 units of 7 and get a farseer on a jetbike. Farseers are simply to good not to have (at least one but i prefer two).

Iam also not a big fan of the crimson hunters. The will always be to fragile for my taste. If you use this list against a lot of armies that got flyers then I can understand but i don't think the top-tournament lists involve a lot of flyers. Or simply ignore them..

I hear what you're saying, but the dark reapers are really much better than they look on paper, I've had amazing success with them. For one, I wouldn't want to lean exclusively on the Crimson Death and knight for all my anti-armor, I like having one more static source starting on turn one. They are serviceable anti-air, but they do everything pretty incredibly, either 6 str 8 ap 3 shots hitting on 2's for great anti-tank, or 13 str 5 ap 3 shots hitting on 2's, all from a 5-man unit plus the autarch, all from 48" range, they have just been very strong for me.

The Crimson Death formation has just been beast mode for me, if there is another flying element on the table, the Crimson Death just obliterates it, but with 4 str 8 ap 2 shots a piece, they bring some pretty phenomenal tank busting. With the combination of Autarch plus Vector Dancer, they usually all turn up turn 2 and stay on the board locked on the targets they want for the rest of the game. I just don't believe other armies can ignore them.

A Farseer would be fine for guide/prescience on the knight and bikes, and it's something I may consider moving forward. I haven't had a problem connecting deadly fire to bodies in this or similar lists, so the security blanket of the farseer is nice, but possibly "win more."
