so this is a brutal list so no real crique but

1. How does it deal with demons. especially demons that can psyker power themselves to summoning factories

Hordes would certainly be "worst case scenario," however, it isn't THAT bad when you consider a few things.

All the bikes have Hit & Run, bogging them down isn't really an option for the opponent.

All the bikes have TL-Boltguns if they would perform better than the grav or melta, it will definitely be affective against massed 5+ and 6+ armor saves. 34 bikes in rapid fire range all twin linked at BS 4, that's 68 shots that are mostly going to land.

Finally the non-bike elements are pretty dakka: three thunderfire cannons should be a horde armies worst nightmare, and the stormtalons also bring some nice volume in seven shots each.

Though the army has a low model count, if your facing a massive horde, 68 bolter shots if in rapid fire range, scouting bikes so should be reliable, figure conservatively all 12 TFC shots connecting with 3 models on average? Again considering this is a horde scenario, plus the 14 shots from the stormtalons when they're on the table, that's 104-118 shots, stormtalon dependent, from a low model count army, you can make it work. Not to mention the lowest toughness in the army is 5.

My only pointer or suggestion would be try and find points for stormshields on command squads to tank shots... Those will be top targets and are squishy unless you jink but then you snap fire all day long which sucks

Yeah, some amount of storm shields would be write good.
