The idea is for one or both units of Hounds to act as a screen for the Rhinos. Juggerlord runs with Hounds, uses Power Sword in melee for Goredrinker bonuses + extra attack for two weapons, and for not being unwieldy. Forgefiend will likely end up being replaced by a Soul Grinder, but I don't have one for now. It's meant to act as my basic shooty platform/anti-air/anti-vehicle. Cultists sit back on an objective or run forward and die if need be for easy BT point. Bikers are largely anti-vehicle platforms. I haven't decided on the Heldrake; Baleflamer is great, but I have plenty of choppy things for infantry units, and for now I need some more anti-air. Thoughts/suggestions?

Berzerkers suck coming out of a Rhino- they get shot to pieces.
I really like using bloodletters as troops and use larger hound units as an escort.
Then I'll rush the juggerlord up next to the berzerker rhino. Your lord will be able to take a lot of wounds with a large flesh hound pack and people will tend to concentrate on them. That will take some of the pressure off the berzerkers. Then, deepstrike the Bloodletters in your opponents face- watch as he panics and shoots them up... Hopefully you've bought your berzerkers enough time by now and your Juggerlord is still in the game as well....

Here's some bad news though- your Juggerlord can't take goredrinker and the blood forged- armor. It's one or the other. On the page with all the upgrades in small printing it says that. Sorry man, I was really bummed when I found out! :-(

Drop the flamer on the bike squad. Never a good idea to mix weapons like that. Melta is the way to go. I'd give your lord a Lightning Claw over the power sword to gain shred and will still contribute to the goredrinker. For the hounds I'd go with 3 squads of 5 instead. Offers more blood tithes and an extra scouting unit for your opponent to worry about.

I like the idea with the Bloodletters as a distraction piece. They're half the price, too...

I'm trying to find where it's mentioned one model can't take two. The closest I can find on the "Khorne Daemonkin Wargear List" and the Appendix both say only one of each can be taken per army, not each can only take 1 period.

Edit: Ooooh, I see it, where it says "may instead". Got it. Begs the question of what's better, Goredrinker bonuses or Eternal Warrior/FnP? Probably EW/FnP.....

Aw, man! I didn't realize that limit on the Daemonkin relics either; and I just discovered Heralds can't even take the stinking Bloodforge Armor, and Skulltaker can't take a Juggernaut! It's like they just don't want Chaos to have too much fun :p

I still don't like being limited to one relic per character. I suppose it helps balance things a bit but I'd still like the choice to bank everything on one super crazy lord. That's one of the things what chaos is known for after all. I only do it like once every 10 games....if that, but it sure is fun lol.
Then again, it's still debatable whether or not daemonkin allow one or more relics.

I'd also recommend taking a LC over the power sword to charge the Goredrinker tally. Shred is really good on the LC for this and will outweigh the +1 attack for 2 CC weapons. Also take a combat familiar for another 2 attacks to help with the tally.

I think the berzerkers in rhinos are too expensive. I'd take some bloodletters instead and spend the spare points on something else. The more units the better to generate blood tithe points.
