I'll give it a shot!
Sure will - here's a list that uses all of those models:
Tyrant - ogre blade, dragonhelm, talisman of preservation, potion of speed, ironfist, heavy armor = 320
Slaughtermaster - level 3 (MAW),
gw = 259
9 Ironguts - full command (discipline) = 432
9 Ironguts - full command (gleaming pennant) = 422
4 Leadbelchers - musician = 182
3 Yhetees = 132
Thundertusk = 250
---------
1999
Tyrant > very straight forward build, with a load of S7 magical attaks (that can strike faster one turn) backed up by a 3/4+ save and a load of wounds
Slaughtermaster > solid base stats, S6 (or is he S5 base?) beating stick with decent casting potential, plus ability to heal wounds
Ironguts > superstar beatdown units, hypothetically one for each hero, though they could totally go in one (and often do in other lists); one unit has +1LD (this is for the Tyrant to hang out in!) and the other can reroll a failed
LD Belchers > there for shooting, big enough for fighting too; a thought is to run them both just two ogres w/ musicians so you have a little chaff action (this is how we did ogre chaff in 7E
), but meh
Yhetees > good on you for running these guys, they're virtually absent from the table due to better options in the ogre book and a rather unfortunate combination of stats / special rules (LD7 hurts + flammable can be hard to swallow); however they have possibility and some nice stats / rules as well
Thundertusk > love this beasty, and gives you some kind of shooting phase as well as stomping on things, plus that legit
ASL aura!
Your next purchase should absolutely be a Bruiser
BSB, and personally I wouldn't run ogres above like 1500 without a
BSB.
LD ruined ogres in 7E, the ability to reroll tests in 8E was a mawsend
This is also why I've maximized
LD items on the two ironguts, to help offset the lack of the
BSB. Getting kineater on the Tyrant is another thought, but
IIRC his bubble of panic defense is rather small.
