I ordered some stuff off Bits and Kits a couple of weeks ago and when my order arrived it was wrong. I've been trying to get ahold of them since then but ever single time I send them an email it bounces back because apparently their inbox is full.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with them?

Honestly, every time that I'd ever ordered from them, the order was spot on, so I had no need for emailing them.... This was a good 4 years ago mind you, but I've still not heard anything since then.

I tend never to get replies from them, but then again my orders are usually correct. Only time they're not correct is when they don't have the item in question, and that's usually accounted for on the receipt.
