Hi Dacha!

I've been trying to order some minis from Trouble Maker Games, but the order has now been sitting around for weeks.
Last week I emailed them, to ask about the status of my order, and received no reply. Two days and multiple additional emails later, I was told that the items are out of stock, and that someone would look into this for me. Nobody emailed back...
So, yesterday, at about this time of day, I asked if I could cancel the order. It's been 24 hours without a reply, so I am emailing again. I am getting the suspicion that cancelling is going to take quite a long while.

Has anyone else had similar Troubles with this manufacturer?

I've been waiting a month now for an order. If you contact them on facebook you're more likely to get a response I've found.

I believe at the moment they're under a lot of strain due to redesigning their website and sorting out an indiegogo, but this isn't really communicated.

At least I'm not alone

Just so you know, most of my order arrived, so they're still doing things!
