Your army looks solid enough for the middle war, although you will find yourself hard pressed against some of the more hard hitting sovijet armies out there, but for friendly games it should be fun and great to lplay against. But I would would however drop the AA and take more motorized Artilliry batteri, or something that gives you a bit more punch against heavy armror. but that is just a personal preferences but not something requierd.

1650 Points, 12 Platoons

First you have too many weak platoon. You will probable get 4-3 maybe 5-2. Your 3rd infantry platoon should be at full strength. Your tank platoon of panzer 3 should have be upgrade to panzer IV as there are very weak. Get trucks for everything so you can move fast with them.

Agreed on the platoon issue but if he only has Pnz 3 tanks he would be limited to that but agreed. Pak 40s are great for At and can cause serious dents in a enemy armoured force. But make sure to position them wisely thougth
