I have yet to face the new Eldar, but I would like to try and formulate an army to combat some of their cheesier lists. I welcome any comments and/or criticisms because I really don't know what works best against them.

The List
Spoiler:
Decurion

Reclamation Legion

Nemesor Zandrekh 150 pts.

5 immortals 85 pts.

10 warriors (w/ ghost ark) 235 pts.

20 warriors 260 pts.

10 tomb blades (w/ shieldvanes, nebuloscopes, and tl gauss blasters) 220 pts.

Canoptek Harvest (x2)

1 spyder 50 pts.

3 scarab bases 60 pts.

3 wraiths (w/ whip coils) 129 pts.

Conclave of the Burning One

1 cryptek (w/ godshackle and solar staff) 90 pts.

1 cryptek (w/ veil of darkness) 90 pts.

1 C'tan shard of the Nightbringer 240 pts.

total: 1848 pts.

Tactics
Spoiler:
Zandrekh goes with the big blob of warriors. The blob is deployed in the center and supported by the ghost ark to increase the unit's durability. The harvests advance up the flanks, tarpitting important units or securing objectives. Ideally, the tomb blades would hunt the elder jet bikes (they do have ignores cover, please tell me if you think they are up to the task) failing that, they would camp objectives and go after vehicles. The immortals can hold a backfield objective or reinforce a flank. The Conclave's job is to hunt wraithknights and jetbikes. The unit teleports up the table and pops the solar staff, giving them pseudo invisibility. The C''tan uses his random powers and prays for something good. The real strength of the conclave is gaze of death, which deals 3d6 - ld ignores cover ap2 hits. Hopefully, this can inflict a lot of hurt on jinking units like the jetbikes and really tough units like the wraithknight. Keep in mind, since gaze of death isn't technically a shooting attack, it can be used even if the C'tan is locked in combat.

Edits I'm Considering
Spoiler:
Replacing the solar staff cryptek (moving the godshackle to the other cryptek), with a tank cryptek, carrying the solar thermasite and nightmare shroud for a re rollable 2+ armor save. (Hits that ignore armor would be placed on the C'tan, since he has a 4+ invuln and gaze of death allows him to regain wounds.

I'd love to get a shard of the deceiver in the list since he makes Nightbringer's gaze of death more effective, but he's so expensive I don't think it would be worth it.

You could add a Deathbringer Flight formation, as they'll be able to help the Nightbringer too by lowering leadership.

That sounds like a good idea, I would like to get more feedback on whether the doomscythes would be competitive, because I might have to drop a harvest and some warriors to fit them in.
