chaos preds could probly use more points in em. I'd go dual las+autocannon rather than TLlas, you get alot more shots for a minimal increase in cost. Try and fit a havoc launcher onto the rhinos and the dakka-pred. Warpflame gargoyles on the dakkapred could also be useful for killing GEQ.

I'd reinvest the land raider and just DS the termies. Maybe take a Helbrute or two since you like mech so much. I'd also consolidate the combiweapons on them. Pick one and stick with it, you won't get to use the others anyways, since you'll either unload from the LR or DS next to one particular type of unit and use your weapons on that and then charge into melee. I'd recommend all plasma. It's always useful, and you have 2+ armor for gets hot.

As far as I can tell this list will have problems with hordes, and obviously flyers cuz of no AA. Maybe get an aegis with a quadgun for AA and for a cover save for the preds, and stick a squad of min cultists to shoot it. Or havocs to do the same job, give them flakk missile launchers, very expensive but any flyer in the game will be crapping themselves when 8 str 7 shots come flying its way, 4 of them TL. That might be over-investing in AA depending on your meta though, but the missiles will always be useful.

The predator only has a lascannons as when I brought it the guy had gave it tl las and heavy bolters.
I would deep Strike the terminators but I have terrible luck with deep strike.
Fliers will be a problem but I tend to ignore them hordes I can deal with by the fact i can move faster

mmm true enough. You can maybe get a turn 2 assault off with LR as well which is nice. The LR is just so schizo its hard to use really well. Try and find some points for more weapons on the LR maybe. If you can neutralize the enemy AV in the first turn or 2 you can just park in front of some infantry and dakka them with 2 bolters, a hvy bolter, 2 lascannons, and a havoc launcher. Of course against lists with lots of av... Watch out. Stay in cover turn 1 maybe and just use the LCs.

Like LR can bring some serious firepower its just expensive. It's honestly almost as good as a Leman Russ and it can transport so it's kinda worth the points. Leman can make its weapons sync up tho. LR cannot. Bur its a guaranteed way to get your guys in close most of the time.

You should find a way to get AA for sure tho. Maybe aegis.

AA will be coming to this list at some point in the future (I want to get a helldrake). Generally aside from me and like 2 other people no one else in my store feels a heavy mech list

Nobody else likes the tanks eh? I love my big lumbering vehicles of death Heldrake isn't GREAT AA, but it will be some at least. They're better with baleflamer and that's not a great AA weapon. I would still say something like an aegis would help you alot. Could put the preds behind it for a cover save along with the oblits.
