Here are my two stormcast eternal mainstay armies for AOS:

1:
Lord celestant on dracolith x2
lord castellant x1
lord relictor x1
Retributors x2 (3 man squads)
Prosecutors x1
liberators x1

This is 59 wounds, no monsters, and 4 hero keywords. Only 6 warscrolls were used. I also use the hammer strike formation to get the retributors in combat with a buff before they get tar-pitted. Another option is to take put one of the retributor squads, add a liberator squad (now 60 wounds on the head), and then use the thunderstrike brotherhod formation. Either way buff the dracoliths saves and use them for maximum carnage. Use the relictor to heal them.

2.
Celestant prime
Lord castellant
lord relictor
prosecutors x1
Paladins x1
Liberators x2

61 wounds, 6 warscrolls, 3 hero keywords, no monsters. I use the wardens of the realmgate with this army and choose two further warscrolls -reteibutors and lord celestant on dracolith. Using the formation I can summon new units or resuming units that died. I use the liberators and castellant to guard the realmgate and the others to grab objectives or hammer enemy heroes.

Really good lists, although I prefere the first one as the Celestant on Dracoth is very powerful, with his Storm Breath ranged attack, plus his close combat attacks can be devastating, therefore two of them would be epic! The rest of the Warscrolls are also great units and so the whole list is really strong. Hope this helps
