Love the model, love the paint.

I think you were going for the "gonna stomp this lil' guy really hard but I don't have time to look at him while I do it" with the posing. I get that, but it does seem like he's haunched that leg up too high to be casually smashing a dude whilst otherwise occupied. Either lowering the leg a bit, or reposing the model to be looking more at his victim would sell it a lot more.

Thanks for the input and yes I was looking for the illusion of movement with this one, sort of like" I'll step on this guy while I'm avoiding incoming fire and tracking multiple tagets" look. Trust me it looks a lot less dancey(is that a word?) in person.

Maybe it's the photo indeed, but I am listening to music currently and the first photo made me spit on the screen lol! He looks like he's dancing on it.
