while I guess it doesn't really have to be specific to 4, I was wondering if there was a good system to try that would represent the fallout (post apocalyptic) game setting?
something warband based, light weight and with a leveling system would be fun.

my first thought is necromunda but that is simply because that is all I know. any other recommendations?

while im here I might as well ask, do any of you know a source of fallout the game based minis? I know that brother vinni has some but was looking for options.

Search this board for Fallout, there's been a half dozen threads on this subject over the past year.

...Because well I CBA pulling all the links again. Search for Lead Adventure if you want a Fallout miniature's forum. Some of the guys there cast up models too, so if you want some email those guys.

On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

Brother Vinni sells at an absolutely lovely range of miniatures for Fallout.

Very reasonably priced, and having bought a couple of them I can vouch for the quality of the resin - absolutely top-notch.

Oh no, none of that stuff is for retail. Nope. Absolutely not. Who would say something like that? Its not like you could go onto that forum and PM those users or anything. That'd be crazy talk!

In other news I could post some new stuff n my own Fallout thread, but in case anyone didn't noticed I'm really fething lazy. Its also a libelous accusation that I sell any of my stuff on a face to face basis too. Lucky nobody hear lives in Glasgow then.

That's terrible, absolutely awful.

But what users, out of curiosity? I mean, there are so many users and I'm just wondering what users would not sell casts of these things.

Spoiler:
Also, is there more?

Messyart does the creatures and off the top of my head has: molerats, super mutants, radroaches, bloatflies, mirelurks, centaurs, deathclaws, sentry bots, yaoi gui ...and probably more there. PM him, for the list, because despite my nagging he hasn't been arsed to put everything into a proper list.

Deltadog does the Vertibird and other bits and bobs, but he isn't quite so upfront about things as Messyart is. Which is to say nabbing something from him isn't as likely. He's 3D printing everything nowadays (taking files directly from the game is his latest thing), so you may be able to just take the files from him and send them to a online 3D printing company. ...Which nope, nobody would ever do. Nope. =P

* fun fact, he was turned down by Bethesda when he wanted to make a licensed game for them, then turned down by Vinni too when he wanted to use him as an outlet. What could have been.

Dr H here on Dakka also does bits of furniture if that's what you're into. He has a thread in the sales forum on that topic.

If you see someone sculpting there then you may want to give them a dodgy wink though, because you never know who may just provide you with a one off cast.

Spoiler:
* comments towards myself getting into that area are unfounded, and slanderous.*

Eyeballs, where'd you get those Vault terrain pieces?

Edit: Wyrmalla, not eyeballs. Fething autocorrect.

And those slanderous rumours are so slanderous. I mean, what are those people saying? What are they suggesting you would be doing? Those awful, untrue, slanderous rumours?

DeltaDog on that site has a whole set cast up. I was supposed to pick up the lot from him a while ago, but real life interceded however. At the moment its just the Vertibird coming in the post for me. =P

* Though #DeltaDog, whilst he does let minis slip out every now and then, Messyart's probably the better person to go to 90% of the time.
