Hey all, have recently been considering starting up a pure inquisition army as the conversion opportunities seem pretty great

Was just wondering peoples opinions and advice for this as the base of a 1250pts list
NB: Malleus Inquisitors would run with Servitors and Xenos Inquisitor would be with the Crusaders and Death Cult Assassins

Out of curiosity, why aren't your inquisitors psykers since you clearly have points to spare?

Otherwise the list seems fine, although you definitely need some AT.
Twin-linked Lascannons in razorbacks and a couple of Meltaguns should solve that problem.

I just completely forgot about that! That will sort out some of the points.

I thought that there is a fair amount but I think looking at it again it's all mainly for AV12 or less so bigger guns would be a good plan, in which case I'm thinking more meltas.

Would you recommend another squad of Servitors and a third inquisitor for that or just to give some of the Acolyte squads meltaguns?

I think that Meltaguns should be enough. I completely missed that the Servitors had Multi-meltas so that will definitely help.

Ah fair enough.

Hell even with the Servitor squad I think having a special weapon or two in the Acolyte squads to offer some redundancy over just the Weaponsmiths is a good plan and would help them to deal with most opposition units.
