here is my current 30k space wolves list using the crusade army list, I don't need to know what to change, just what to add my, my budget is £42 and I'm trying to keep it as fluffy as possible, I'd also like to be able to use whatever I buy with my 40k wolves army if possible. (I'm tempted by jump pack destroyers).

Rhinos. Power armour dudes die really fast in 30k when most people build their lists to deal with blob squads. A rhino will protect you from small arms fire and get you extra movement.

After Rhinos I would look towards some long ranged AT. Rapiers, Deredeos, Sicarans, or a lightning primaris would be a good add. If your Rite of War you are aiming for doesn't disallow fortifications a heavy support squad in an imperial bunker is really good. 8 fire points in an AV14 bunker with an ammo dump. Chuck 8 lascannon or missile marines inside and you have a good firebase.

yeah, a couple of rhinos sound good, one each for the two ten man squads as the chaplain will be joining the vexilla squad.
