Official website and on-line store can be found here: http://www.ragingheroes.com/

I'll kick this off by saying that this thread is not for the discussion of their ongoing Kickstarter project(s), but rather to announce their current slew of releases, along with any promo codes or the like for discounts. Any and all discussion regarding the ongoing project(s) should be directed towards their respective discussion thread(s).

The first Kickstarter (the Toughest Girls in the Galaxy) thread can be found here: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/530736.page

The second Kickstarter (Light and Darkness) thread can be found here: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/639748.page

Here are the current releases from their Toughest Girls in the Galaxy range, who get 15% off when using the code PREORDER&NEW during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CODE IS ONLY VALID UNTIL WEDNESDAY THE 20TH OF JANUARY.

The new models can be bought on their own, in faction-themed bundles, or as one big "I want them all!" bundle that contains all of the latest releases in one click.

As with the previous releases, there are six characters (three for the Jailbirds, three for the Kurganova Shock Troops) and two troop boxed sets (both for the Iron Empire).

1) Thank you for starting (and maintaining!) this thread!
2) I expected far more outrage - from 'both' sides - in this thread... I am both disappointed and thrilled that there isn't any!

Pretty happy with the RH stuff I've picked up so far. I'll have to keep an eye out for any new releases I might want to pick up too.

40k- The Kumunga Swarm (more)
Count Mortimer’s Private Security Force/Excavation Team (building)

I don't think that all that much will happen here, I'm just doing this because hey, with everything said and done, I think most of us can agree that some* of the models are actually quite nice (if still awfully niche) and while we could post the new releases and promo-codes in the KS threads, not everybody visits those because of reasons.

I also think that one of these days the first KS thread can be shut down at long last, as the first one is as good as over more or less, with everything sent out and in the hands of those last few.

*In my humble opinion of course, they're not all winners, but different strokes, different folks and all that eh?

Nice models though. Are they planning a game system to go with them?

This has been mentioned briefly during the first campaign and again during the second. The descriptions used to describe their ultimate system are quite varied and well.. I think it can be best described as a mix between Age of Sigmar, Infinity and poker, if I were to apply my impression of what I remember of it all.

In the end though, whenever it will arrive, it will no doubt be..

SAY IT WITH ME NOW.

Making their own rules is certainly something they will do sooner or later, hopefully alongside a thoroughly fleshed out background, because the biggest question right now is: where did all the sausages go?! I mean, there are two dudes in the entire range right now: daddy Kurganova and that poor dude who is tied to the standard of that Jailbird ogryn. At least, I think that's a dude, not too sure..

But as is, these make for excellent Imperial Guard proxies or the like, because let's be honest, that's how they started out as and it's what they still do well enough. Granted, some of their named characters are a bit less useful now with the removal of certain characters like Marbo and Chenkov, but that's probably GW extra careful after that lawsuit, right..?

The wife and I are on Raging Heroes pause, only because we're into the Toughest Girls 2 KS for about $400. My wife is doing an entire Space-Marine Counts-As army using them... As such, we need to be good until the Pledge Manager opens.

That said, one model I can't find, but urgently desire is the female Ad-Mech Dominus looking one. I think it was Nepheraya or something like that? I saw one on Ebay and haven't seen one since, or even on there web-store. Anyone know what I mean?

Eyup, she was for sale for a limited time alongside the mecha of each faction around the end of the year, but will pop back up for sale later this year. I'd say keep an eye on this thread from time to time and you'll see when she's back.

I got a metal version of it myself late last year and while she's a bit of a bitch to put together, the final result is well worth it. You just need to provide a base of your own, as the 28mm base she comes with is way too small for such a towering model!

I've mounted my own on a 50mm base.

I still don't agree with that. Aesthetically they're great, but they need HIPS filler so that you can bulk out your force without paying 4 euro for a 5 point model.

End of the day, that can be said of quite a few companies out there, but I think plastics is not something we'll be seeing from Raging Heroes any time soon.

Last day to get that 15% discount peeps.

I'm also quite surprised by the speediness of the French Postal Services, I placed the order on Monday and it arrived just now. Also kudos to Raging Heroes for apparently sending out models two days in advance.

I'm quite interested in the Art book they mentioned a while back, I'm a fan of these anyway for Escher purposes

If you sculpted robes over that tech-priests bikini she would be completely awesome in an admech army! I would love the Jailbird snipers if it weren't for the classic TGG derpy poses. Surprisingly though, the rest of the new releases have quite believable poses! Kruger looks very cool.

This is actually perfect for my Slaanesh Admech.. but i feel ya. Wish they had a robed version as well.
These are some actual female figures I can get behind, full armored and realistic proportions.

In the far future genetic selection has eliminated cup sizes smaller than DD I guess?

The Red Hammer box looks like great to me.

Is anyone getting the Lady Sigrid kit and not planning on using the Lady Gaga head? I would be interested in trading or buying.

Less unrealistic doesn't mean they're realistic.

They all look more like C-cups to me. Any larger and they'd have bad backs after all of the running and crouching. Is it possible that the armor is one-size-fits-all and most of them just stuff the cups or have reduction surgery? I'm not really seeing their bodies as unrealistic so much as their armor and some of the poses.

They are realistic though.
Yeah they all have larger sizes, but they hang and are shaped normal and don't look like someone rolled up some greenstuff in their hands into a ball and just globed it on.

By the by, while I'm a poor judge of the cup size of miniatures, at least one published report puts the average American woman at a 34DD bra.

By that standard (which, in fairness, appears to be the objective standard), none of these miniatures seem unrealistically well endowed.
