So I was in WW yesterday and I bought a kit of Myrmidon Secutors among other things. I returned to Belgium today and Immediately started building.

While building the Secutors I noticed that out of the 3 axes, only one had 2 hands. The other two had a single hand. On the other hand there were 2 sets of arms for wielding it with 2 hands and only one set of arms that allowed an axe to be wielded in one hand.
I'm pretty sure the axe is a mix-up because the pictures on Forgeworld show 2 models wielding the axe with both hands.

I'm planning to send a mail but I'm not entirely sure what I need to include.
I was thinking of:
- Stating the problem (obviously)
- Picture of the models
- Picture of my check
- Picture of the bag it came in

Do I need anything else? Can I expect a replacement or will it be a hassle?

You don't have to be happy when you lose, just don't make winning the condition of your happiness.

Double check the description on the website to see exactly what it should contain. If you haven't got the correct contents, take a picture and email fw's customer services. They will sort it out really quickly and send you either the missing parts or a full kit. I once bought a mkii assault squad that had nine missing pieces. They sent me a whole new kit the next day.

You'll need the batch number off the bag, and possibly a copy of your receipt.

Normally replacement parts are no problem, although there might be a delay if they need to cast up parts.

I've never had a problem with anything missing from a GW product. I've called customer service and gotten replacement parts or a whole replacement model in a few days.
