Yellin' Yoof on a Scooter

Hi guys I hope you enjoy checking out my little projects. I've just got back into the hobby and picked up on my (one and only) 40k army the Evil Sunz.

All ork players are probably aware of the expensiveness of the Mek Gunz so with some spare battlewagon parts and old wheels I turned the kit into three orky field guns.

Gretchin to be added later for ease of painting

I like to think this grot is using stikkbombs to guide a plane (yet to be added) in to land

And here's the leader of this particular waaagh. I know not a particularly interesting warboss but hey.

As yet un named. Any ideas?

Coming up soon a group shot of the entire painted/unpainted army

As promised here is the moment you have all been waiting for the entire Evil Sunz WAAAGH.

Photos are poor but at least they give some idea. I'll be showing you a closer look at some of the more interesting models at some point anyway.

Here's the whole army and also pics of the completed models and WIP

You have a nice variety of models in your collection. I like your conversion work too. Very nice stuff. Looking forward to seeing it all painted up!

thank you, I'm happy with how they turned out. I like your BA by the way. I just got Dark Vengeance and I'll try and imitate that shade of red when I get round to painting the Chaos Marines.

Got myself an old school mek (or spanner boy) to keep the boss' battlewagon running. I quite like some old models, something about the new mek doesn't appeal to me. I'll paint him up very soon.

Haha thanks, I like the variety, hopefully gw will bring out a new one so I can have a full squad. Otherwise I'll just have to improvise.

Awesome Orks! Would it be possible to get a close up of that aeroplane Deffkopta? That looks so cool and I'd love to see more of it

Thanks guys, means a lot!

Here are some close ups of the 'planekopta'

Your plane-kopta made me smile. It looks so heavy... in fact, probably the only way it could fly is because Orks believe it would fly. Nice work.

I love Orks. They reminds me of the old Looney Toons cartoons, where the roadrunner ran right off the cliff, and the coyote followed him, then when the coyote looked down he fell, the roadrunner remained standing in mid-air.

I'm slowly but surely working my way through painting my orks. The latest additions are a Painboy and 3 MANZ.

And next up... Tankbustaz!!!

Made in gb
Yellin' Yoof on a Scooter

I decided my new MANZ needed a Mega armoured warboss to lead them... so I made one. The bionik gun arm is from the killa kan set as are the saw blades on the PK. The squig is from the grot set and the body is obviously Gazzy. I have to say I'm pleased with the result, he's going to look intimidating painted up.

Some excellent conversions there! Like what you've done with the trucks, giving them some enclosed compartments and individuality! also the stretching of the kits on the mek guns and the grot zooka. Keep it up would love to see some more stuff.

Cheers Astartes!!

Finished up these tankbustas a few weeks back but didn't get round to uploading pictures so here they are.

Also finished the KMK mek gun.

And finally a WIP shot of the rest of the Mek gunz and grotz!
