It says you can summon chaos daemons of your faction. Is that any unit in your faction that has chaos daemon key words?

Are you referring to the summoning rewards from the Times of War Blasted Wastes? Those tell you what daemons you get... i.e. the Khorne reward for the Foundry of Rage is one unit of 3d6 Bloodletters in the next battle.

Page 12 second paragraph.

“The units you use for a game must be those on your Warband Roster. Wizards can summon Chaos Daemons of their patron god during the course ofa battle, but they vanish back to the Realm of Chaos once the battle is over.”

Oh, that reference on page 12 is to normal summoning rules.

i.e. If I have a Tzeentch warband, and I have a sorcerer in my warband, I can summon a unit of Tzeentch daemons following the normal rules. i.e. summon a Daemon Prince on an 8+ or whatever the summoning rules are for that particular daemon on the war scroll.

Units you summon during a battle don't stay with your army, and would need to be summoned again in any future battle if you want to use them again.
