Considering playing this list in a few local tournaments in the future. I designed the list to be both fast for objective capture and at the same time hard hitting.

I would argue 5 attacks of S6 AP2 on the charge at 15pts are better than 4 attacks of S9 AP2 at 25pts against the majority of units they'd be fighting. While not charging the 25pt Power Fist only has 2 attacks, while the Power Axe still has 3 attacks at 15 pts. I have other units in the list to handle say AV13-14 and MC's that the Death Company couldn't handle.

The list is interesting. My only advice would be to bump up the bikes to at least four man squads so you're not risking a fall back because you lose one member. I generally like the Baal strike force over the flesh tearer detachments because it's benefits are more consistent. I'm not familiar with the FW units so I can't say anything on them. I do second taking powerfists over axes because it allows for ID on MEQs thus avoiding FnP shenanigans.

I agree that finding the points for an additional bike in each bike squad would be greatly preferred, any advice on where I'd get the points though? As far the Forge World models I listed the stats of their guns on the list, and as far as their other stats are basically that of Vindicator/Predator chassis's.

You can never be too versatile and the extra swings aren't worth giving up the STR. The BA need all the anti- MC they can get.
