Did a few Google searches and can't find any brick and mortar non traditional stores like toy stores or hardware stores selling vedros. I'm looking to get this at a heavy discount. So far all I've found is a few online only game sites selling at ten percent off. I thought gw was planning to put this into true value hardware, but their site turns up Nadal.

Anyone seen vedros in a store not related to tabletop wargaming?

Nope have not seen it. I don't believe it is even there until I see someone actually posting photo's of a real store selling them.

True Value is a retailer's cooperative, not a chain store like Lowe's. Just because one True Value store may carry Battle for Vedros is no guarantee that any of the others will.

When GW announced it on their page it was only six retail stores in three states...quite some launch! I assume it will take a while to filter into other stores. True Value was a bad idea, but we'll see.

I don't see how True Value was a bad idea. In the more sparsely populated areas of the United States, a hardware store is more likely to be found than a toy or game store. Its these True Value stores where the owner is more likely to carry something like this as the stores tend to be more of a general store instead of just a hardware store.
