Due to some recent purchases I need to keep myself motivated to get it all painted.

First up on the bench is some Heavy Gear Blitz as I got the following super cheap on Ebay.

Sounds fun, but I don't have an army, right now I've only got 15 minis. Also, I've never actually played so you'd have to be very patient. I'm open to playing anything though. In any case, I'll shoot you a message next time I make it over that way.

No worry man, as I have the 2 player set just for demos and I'm a very patient person when it comes to demos. I look forward to it, good sir.

Oh, don't tell me that as I have 3 or 4 games in rotation.

Well, I just got my Saggitarius strider done the other and test sprayed my clear coat to find out thst the humidity is causing it fits/ making things frosted.

Sadly I have to wait until payday to get some Testor's Dull Coat.

Yah, it's insanely humid here right now. I won't be attempting anything with varnish until October

Glad you thought to do a test spray though.

I was taught many moons ago always do a test spray, especially in super humid areas, and always test fit your models before assembly.


I'll probably add a picture of that strider soon even though it's got a gloss coat on it as I've started up on the recon cadre. I have to say that adding this has really kept me semi motivated to get stuff painted.
