Shor answer is I can't think of anyone.

Star Wars minis had prepainted ones in soft plastic, they can still be tracked down if that's something you'd like.

Khrone Bezerkers have a helmet with a T visor that works for conversions, some already posted, once you cut off the rabbit ears.

Other than that, I'm drawing a blank.

There are people out there who sell not-Imperial Storm Trooper heads on ebay, maybe reach out to them to see if they've done not-Boba Fetts?

What about the Boba Fett mini from the FFG Imperial Assault game?

Don't know what scale this is, though.

IA minis are more 32mm.

Head is a Space Marine that was cut down to make the visor, there's also a chaos marine head that works well if you remove the horns, which is the head used on the top painted version.

Torso imperial guard Cadian

Legs space marine scout

Arms tau firewarrior, hands replaced with IG Cadian hands

Backpack Space Marine that had the vents/thrusters cut off and moved to the bottom. Missile cone is from a street light from the cities of death terrain set.

Cape is from an Eldar Dire Avenger, Wookie hair pelt if from a Warhammer Beastman ponytail, coiled rope is from a Space Marine scout

Its been a really long time since I did that model, the rifle could probably use some clean up work as it's a bit crooked where the body meets with the grip. Still one of my favorite conversions for the star wars 40k army I was working on.

What was the scale of the star wars collectible game minis? I've repainted a few of those and I think they are 28mm'ish. There were mandalorians of several varieties in that game system.

Yep 28mm, if anyone is really interested I can do a scale shot when I get home.
