If you want us to make you comeptitve may I ask what is your model collection? And what is your current meta?

You should take the allied detachment as Khorne Daemonkin instead of straight Daemons. This will make them Fearless instead of having Instability, which saves them when they lose combat and also allows your CSM guys to join the units if you want.

I don't see the use of the Mark of Nurgle Spawn you have. They're usually a delivery system for a Nurgle Bike lord or sorcerer(s). I'd consider knocking them down to 2 or 3 man units to save points, just as nuisance objective grabbers/tarpits.

Your list would be much stronger if you put the Lord on a Juggernaut and gave him a unit of Khorne Daemonkin Fleshounds to run with. Also doing giving the Herald a Juggernaut and adding him to the unit would make a powerful unit to run down most enemies. I'd consider dropping the Helbrute to find the points, they're actually quite useless unfortunately.

Last thought would be your Havocs. Missiles + Flak is super expensive. You're better off taking 4 autocannons. It's way cheaper and almost as effective versus air, and even better against light vehicles than missiles.

I have quite a lot to be honest, Lots of Marines, Lots of nurgle daemons (nor prince) Two soul grinders, 9 possessed, 5 more spawn, a mauler fiend, more blood letters, Defiler, Land raider, May have some terminators lying around, Carious hqs, I actually have a flying slaanesh prince, warp talons, I think I have 2 more hellbrutes.
