Pyro Pilot of a Triach Stalker

After a few games under my belt with my ogors a few lessons learned. One, orgors awful armor saves just hurts so hard over time. Two, enemy shooting is just brutal if you can't reach them in time. Three, the overall needing 4+ to hit is just brutal (Doesn't matter how hard you hit if you cant land a blow in the first place). As such I'm thinking of more of a combined destruction list to cover the gaps but still focus on the ogors. Please let me know your thoughts and where I could improve.
Heroes:
Frostlord on Stonehorn (460)
Icefall Hunter (160) [my enemy shooting counter]
Tyrant (160): Dual Slashers
Units:
3 Ogors (120): Ironfists
3 Ogors (120): Ironfists
3 Ogors (120): Ironfists
3 Leadbelchers (160)
3 Leadbelchers (160)
5 Brutes (180): Dual Choppas
5 Brutes (180): Dual Choppas
3 Gore Gruntas (180): Choppas
Total: 2000
Wounds: 132

You might take a look at swapping the Leadbelchers for Maneaters. They can shoot decently and in melee have four attacks each, hitting pretty reliably on 3+ re-rolling 1s. Also the bellowing tyrant command trait is very helpful, especially if you combined units like the Brutes into larger blobs.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.
I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games. |

Also orruk brutes are movement four so if ogres aren't getting there then things moving 33% slower won't

Taking a Skal isn't a bad idea either to counter shooting (Hunter and 2+ units of Frost Sabers) by appearing at an unexpected location and getting luck with a saber charge. Automatically Appended Next Post: Also, while you are taking stuff, throw in a shaman or butcher to Shield your Stonehorn (2+ save ftw) or another unit that needs it. I would go butcher personally.

If you can free up some space, you can run an Ironfist with those Ironjawz, which gives you another d6 inches of movement during the hero phase on top of your standard destruction d6. Watching those Brutes hoof it across the table at 2d6+4+charge means that your Orks will often be your vanguard, surprisingly enough.

So after some actual playtesting I was mistaken on needing ironjaws. Instead, the best ally is ... grots? Yup, gitmob grots actually have added a ton to my ogors in shooting and screening. Let me know what you think.
