Just for aesthetics, why not have three squads of nine, with two meltaguns in each?

Gives you the ability to engage more targets at once, and more tolerance to losing capability if a unit gets whacked by interceptor fire on arrival.

If I remember right, combat squads lets me split the 10 man units how I want right before the game starts, but still share a pod.
So I could have:
2x 5 with 3 melta/ 2x 5 with just bolters (2 anti tank, 2 anti infantry squads)
2x 5 with 2 melta/ 2x 5 with 1 melta (4 anti vehicle)
1x 5 with 3 melta/ 1 x 5 with 2 melta/ 1x 5 with 1 melta/ 1x 5 with just bolters ( 1 anti tank, 2 anti vehicle, 1 anti infantry)
2x 10 with 3 melta (2 anti tank with ablative wounds)

Why go meltas? Use Frag Cannons, not many vehicle is AV14, so S9 with two shots would likely be better, besides, the true threatening range of FC is 12inches, so much harder for opponent to bubble wrap.
Furthermore, GMC like WK is always the more dangerous opponent than any vehicle. S9 is better than S8 melta when taking this foe.

Couldn't find the extra 15 points for three frag cannons over six melta guns. I was thinking about swapping one squads three melta guns for two grav-guns though.

Better is relative, the difference between a frag cannon and 2 melta guns (5 pts cheaper even, so a fair comparison) vs a sword and board Wraithknight at 12":

Frag cannon: 0.37 wounds (edit forgot FNP on this one )
Melta-guns: 0.28 wounds

Then that knight jumps 11" forward and curb stomps the squad either way.

Spoiler:

Frag cannon: 2* hitting on 3+ (0.66) * wounding on 3+ (0.66) * invul save failing on a 1-4 (0.66) * FNP failing on a 1-4 (0.66)
Melta:2* hitting on 3+ (0.66) * wounding on 4+ (0.50) * invul save failing on a 1-4 (0.66) * FNP failing on a 1-4 (0.66)

ennnn...... I think it is worth considering drop one men from the 7 men squad. just my two cents, one more man doesn't like would do much.

I've been looking for the Frag Cannon at 12" calc vs. a Sword and Board Wraithknight for ages! Thank you.

Just double checked it, I forgot FNP on the frag cannon mathhammer.

I would take a look at some of the formations. There are a lot of great uses for the re-rolls they give you, and since you're committed to drop pods already, you can pick which units you want on which targets... so I think you'd be better off with more dedicated squads.

The Frag cannon is just awesome. For 25 points, it's the best thing you can give them... dont' forget about the wall of death shots it can put out, the rending, it's a template (ignores cover) it's just awesome.

I think the shotguns are nice as well.

Since you are taking a librarian, maybe consider forming the Purgation Killteam? I'd drop the dread for this, but I've run it as 8 stalker pattern boltguns, the libby (with a stalker pattern boltgun and the banebolts relic) and a terminator w/cyclone. That's one really nasty fearless sniping unit and you could roll on Div for perfect timing... that would be good if you got it, or go for shrouded and stay in cover, etc.
