I'm by no means amazing at painting but a few people have asked about the green on my Sons of Horus plog.

1. Primed Black
2. Based with two thin layers of incubi darkness (1:1 Water and paint)
3. Apply two thin coats of kabalite green with the same ratio as step two.
4. Wash with nuln oil. Pin washing would be cleaner but it really depends on how much effort you want to put into clean up.
5. Layer with (1:1 paint and medium) kabalite green leaving the wash in the details.
6. Highlight raised detail with Sybrite green (1:1 paint and medium)
7. Finish the trim, harness and eyes etc

Looking good. I also painted mine Incubi Darkness, but I airbrushed it up to Sybarite green.

AoS is pure garbage
Kill Primaris, Kill the Primarchs. They don't belong in 40K
40K is fantasy in space, not sci-fi

A simple but effective scheme. Did you come up with this yourself?

If you can't believe in yourself, believe in me! Believe in the Dakka who believes in you!

Warhammer TV. I just used medium instead of water for the green. Water made the pigment a bit weak.

I've been following roughly the same scheme from the apathetic fish on YouTube.

Still WIP, not sure about the green shade, pic isn't too great but gives a general idea.

If you have suggestions to improve the green to a more turquoise look, that would make me very happy!
