So the news is GW is doing some kind of system to order OOP models. No details yet.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/704546.page

It almost certainly WILL NOT be like it was 10 years ago when you could order (almost) any model ever and they'd cast it up.

And it almost certainly won't be cheap.

But it will be something.

So what's on your wish list?

Versteckt in den Schatten deines Geistes.

Just Necromunda stuff. I doubt it'll happen, but the Cawdor range is one I'm missing a few from, I never got the original Ash Waste Nomads when they came out, and some Goliath/Orlocks would be good conversion fodder using the stuff in the GCS boxes.

I reckon it'll be confined to plastics initially. If so, then the original Land Raider and Predator would be nice. Or even the original Ork Battlewagon...

If it's expanded to include metals then things will get expensive

Just all the BFG. I need some Ad Mech, some Grand Cruisers, some Craftworld Eldar, and some Rogue Traders.

If plastic only, I'll still take 4 packs of IN cruisers.

Well I'm waiting on one ebay shipment, then my Space Fleet collection is done (Empire only, because the other 2 lines suck).

So what else?

I agree with HMBC on Necromunda, bring back a line a month, sell them as single lots for $50~$100 and I'll be very happy. Those are some of the best human minis GW ever made. Do the same with the metal IG, just a set of every model in the regiment.

And the nostalgic boy in me wants the old Rogue Trader adventurers back. The IG guard, marines, and Realms of Chaos champions/thugs/beastmen too. But the Adventurers first.

A while back someone suggested an internal kick starter for GW, put up some options, let people commit with a preorder and whenever it hits the mark cast them up. That would be fantastic.

Pretty much all things related to Specialist Games

The previous version of Pink Horrors (the metal ones that were turning inside out as they move) and hell I wouldn't mind seeing the old Plaguebearers. Also Diaznettes.

All the OOP Vostroyans, Inquisition Henchmen and Sisters of Battle.

A selection of the old metal Grey Knights.

Oh, and TK and Bretonnians.

The Redeemer and Malakev. Always meant to pick them up, never did.

Necromunda: Redemptionists, Plague Zombies, Pit Slaves, Ash Wastes.

GorkaMorka: All those old school boyz. Bionikz. The Rebel Grot Big Lugga and Cutta vehicles.

Female 28mm Inquisitors for sure, old Ork dreads (really old ones), old plastic battlewagons, all sorts of inquisitorial henchmen....

I guess I'm not counting on too much of it being available at a reasonable price. Eh.

I wish: everyone wouldn't go so overboard on the wishlisting and hope raising and just as inevitably getting equally disappointed in GW when this turns out to just be a selection on made to order Space Marine sculpts from 2010-2015 or some other equally limited selection.

O what the heck, I want; The Epic, Mordheim and Necromunda Ranges available, as well as the plastic sprues that went with them.

I still want that Manor Scenery kit they had. Some of the old CSM Chaos Lords and... What was the name of the greatcoat IG guys, not the Valhallans, but the mustardy colored guys. And I still need more SM tactical shoulder pads.

I’d have to check the old catalogs for stuff I desperately need, but have forgotten about.

Some of the monopose marines, to spice up my army. Multi-part plastic is nice, but lacks the character of a cohesive sculpt. Some of the not-so-old veteran marines always tempted me, but not enough to grab a whole box (most of which had untenable wargear choices). But also some of the RT era guys I don’t have.

If they are re-doing them in metal, some aspect warriors for my eldar. I’d get a squad of striking scorpions easy. Probably some of the others as well.

I need one old metal warp spider to finish a squad. Same with a wraithguard. I’ve also got one lone meal jetbike, who could use 2 friends just to field a legal squad.

I'd get Khalida, the Animosity Orcs vignette, and the Kislev minis. I've wanted the first two for a while, but never got them because of the shipping costs.

1. 2nd Edition Space Marine Apothecary (I like the model and never got him)
2. A squad of the FC Scouts (not sure which edition)
3. 3rd Edition Sanguinary Priest (I like the classic look over the new one in nipped armor)
4. 3rd Blood Angels Honour Guard (for conversion into a BA Command Squad)
5. 4th Edition Sternguard (I like a lot of the sculpts)
6. 4th Edition Venerable Dreadnought (for some variety compared to the newer one)
7. 25th Anniversary Crimson Fists Standard Bearer
8. The classic Techmarine with only one Servo Arm
9. Bike Chaplain
10. Helmeted Librarians

Probably missing some. Mostly just want to get some stuff I missed out on by getting in the game so late.

Morathi. Such a central character to the Dark Elves (at least until she was basically retconned into being an infatuated imbecile) and I'm ashamed I don't currently have her in my collection.

Oh and the metal Executioners and Black Guard. They look so much better than the new "weapon and head swap" kit.

Ummm...

x30...

Also echoing Great Spined Dragon and the plastic Scenery like the Manor, the Astronomer's tower etc.

The Empire civilians like the noble, merchant, scribe etc. Great for 40k conversions as well.

The 'villagers' range, all of them, for RPGs and so on. Talisman figures for similar reasons.

Female Inquisitors.

There are probably a ton of things I would want if I knew they were available (at a reasonable price, and in metal).

No particular order:
Copplestone metal IG
Squats
Perry brettonians
Dogs of War
Commissars
Proper Cadians
Arbites
Necromunda (mostly Juves)
Inquisitor Henchmen
Estalians
A few random metal space marines
Mordheim villagers

The last version of Bretonnian Questing Knights and Grail Knights. They were originally sold five to a box but there were some extra sculpts that were sold individually. Back in the day, I held off hoping to see them in plastic. I'd like to get the full set of each as long as they're not metal.

Ah, who am I kidding? Brets have been squatted harder than squats and are just as unlikely to be listed on this new service.
