I had my first actual question on rules come up today, so I'm hoping for some clarification from the community. In a multi-wound model unit, if a model takes wounds in one phase or turn of the game, can the controlling player allocate wounds to a different model in a different phase or turn of the game, thus delaying losing whole models? Or does the controlling player have to continue to exhaust the wounded model until it dies?

Thanks in advance for the help!

You allocate the wounds on a model till it's dead before going to the next model I believe it's in the regular rules under damage

That is in the rules, but the rules do not adress what happens if you finish allocating wounds and the model is still alive. However, the FAQ does address it in the way that An'Shi said. It is on the 4th page, the left side, 4th question from the top.
