Does anyone here play Bolt Action in 15mm? I'd like to know what works best keeping all the measurements as is in inches? Or changing them to cm. Or somthing else and how people deal with templates in 15mm.

I've done the same. It looks even better at that scale and keeping ranges as-is.
If you're playing 2nd edition with the templates, that might have an effect though.
